Pricing

Billing: Your pass starts on the day of purchase. The monthly fee is charged automatically to your registered card on the same date each month.
Unused class credits are cleared at each billing date and new credits are granted for the next month. Credits cannot be carried over.

Additional classes: Beyond your 5 monthly classes, extra classes are ¥3,000 each.

Cancellation: Cancel via the app before class starts and the credit returns to your account. No-shows and cancellations after class start use one credit.

Commitment: The minimum contract period is 6 months.

Pausing: Contact support@mintmat.com at least 3 business days before your billing date for the month you wish to pause.
Up to 2 months is free; from the 3rd month a ¥3,000/month pause fee applies.
*Paused months do not count toward the commitment period.
*Membership resumes automatically after the pause.

Cancellation of membership: Contact support@mintmat.com at least 3 business days before your billing date.
Free after the commitment period; cancelling within 6 months incurs a ¥10,000 fee.
*Fees continue to accrue until you complete the cancellation procedure, whether or not you use the studio.

Transfer/Sharing: For the registered person only; may not be transferred or shared.

Refunds: Paid fees are non-refundable except as provided by studio rules or law.

Validity: The validity period is counted from your first use (the day you attend a class) after purchase.
e.g. If you purchase a 4-month pack on April 1 and attend your first class on April 5, the pack is valid through August 4.

Extension: If you purchase a new pack before your current one expires, the unused portion of the old pack is extended to the new pack's expiry date.
e.g. If a 10-class pack expires Sept 1, 2022 and you buy a 20-class pack by Aug 31, the old pack is extended to the new expiry of Aug 31, 2023.

How to extend:
① Purchase the pack you want.
② Email support@mintmat.com with your name, requesting the extension.
③ You will receive a confirmation email from Mint Mat once the extension is processed.

For maternity yoga students who could not use up their classes before giving birth, we extend validity without requiring a new purchase — please feel free to ask.
