Classes
A rich variety of yoga and meditation classes, by level and by purpose
English Classes
Classes taught in English. Everyone is welcome.
Vinyasa Flow Lv.1
A vinyasa welcoming beginners, focusing on building the basics of breath and flow of asanas. We will move through foundational poses with clear alignment cues, so you can find the rhythm of linking breath to movement. No experience needed.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A dynamic class linking breath and movement, building flexibility, strength and balance. We will flow in and out of each asana to experience the dynamic sequence.
Intermediate Flow
This class is ideal for students looking to take their practice beyond the basics. We begin to explore arm balances, binding poses and deeper flexibility, with clear explanation and modifications. Expand your asana practice, build confidence and feel energized in a fun and encouraging class style.
Flow and Inversion
Explore a stronger, more challenging flow that works toward arm balances and inversions. Build the strength, control and technique required to deepen each asana.
For students with an established practice. You do not need to be able to invert yet.
Core and Restore Yoga
The first half of class features a strength-focused flow using traditional postures to build stability, balance, and core activation. In the second half, the pace slows as you transition into gentle, restorative postures supported by props to release tension and calm the mind and body. All levels are welcome.
Prenatal Yoga
Open to pregnant women in any trimester - please consult your OB/GYN first. The class is designed to help expecting mothers alleviate pregnancy related pains or discomfort, to prepare for the birth they desire by practicing poses that strengthen and relax the muscles in the belly and pelvic areas. No prior yoga experience is required.
This class is taught in both English and Japanese.
Japanese Classes
Most classes are based on ISHTA Yoga — a balanced practice of breathwork, asana and meditation. Taught in Japanese. Full descriptions are available on the Japanese page.
