Joining Classes as Expecting Mothers

Yoga during pregnancy keeps you in tune with your body and mind that change week to week.

Yoga can help to ease any discomfort that comes with pregnancy — discomfort from pelvic alignment, back pain, swelling, leg cramps, constipation. Practicing yoga helps to build the strength you will need as you prepare for labor.

Breathing and meditation techniques may also support your mental and physical health through your pregnancy journey.

What Prenatal Yoga Offers

  • Alleviate swelling, back pain and other physical discomfort
  • Steadier hormonal shifts
  • Gentle movement and better circulation
  • Pelvic alignment in the lead-up to birth
  • Breathing techniques you can use in labor
  • A cherishing moment to experience connection with your baby

Prenatal-Friendly Classes
