Rie O’hashi

Originally from Tokyo, Rie has lived in places as varied as the U.S., the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the Nordic region. Along the way, especially during times of transition, yoga became her steady space—a way to reconnect with both physical and mental stability, and to find belonging in new and diverse communities.
Her classes draw from certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, combined with the approach of Mindfulness for Wellness. With inclusive and creatively structured sequences, Rie invites students from all walks of life to explore their own practice—whether seeking strength, depth, balance, or simply a moment to support their well-being through breath.
