It all started when I discovered Yoga about 20 years ago. When I moved to Singapore, I had great opportunities to meet amazing Yoga teachers from all over the world. This experience triggered me to learn more and want to deepen my knowledge about yoga.
After moving back to Tokyo, I got certified in RYT200 in Ishta yoga. I like to share yoga with others and I feel joy when learning yoga.
I am a Mother of a 15 year old daughter.
