On the evening of the Autumn Equinox Day, we will host a flow and restore special class with Shelly and Nadia.
Let’s practice these contrasting styles of Yin and Yang to balance your body and mind!

Class description:

The practice will begin with a cultivation and harnessing of the body's Yang energy through dynamic flow, targeted muscular movement, body balance, mental focus and breath-work. This energizing practice will build heat within the body creating a sense of overall empowerment and vitality.
During the second half of the practice, we will slow down our pace and let the Yin energy take over. We will melt into poses that hold us for longer periods of time, reaching deeper tissues of our body and allowing our minds to relax.
Our practice will end with a sound bath savasana. As the gentle vibrations of the instruments wash over us, we will sink into a deep state of relaxation.

About Instructors:

Shelly Hayashi

Shelly is a devoted yoga student and teacher. Originally from the United States, she teaches classical asana poses with an emphasis on alignment. Her classes are aimed at cultivating a dynamic connection throughout the whole body allowing the mind to settle.

Nadia Dayan

Nadia is an Argentinian-American actor and yoga instructor.
Yoga is a regular part of her life and her most important self-care tool, helping her balance all the passions and roles in her life in the healthiest possible way.
Her classes focus on flexibility and total-body stretches in a calm and relaxed space, helping you let go of tension, focus on your breath and let all that stress melt away.
