♦Class Introduction
This class is designed to help expecting mothers alleviate any pregnancy related pains or discomfort and prepare for the birth they desire by practicing poses that strengthen and relax the muscles in the belly and pelvic areas, aiding in labor. Participants will also learn how to use breathing techniques and meditation for support.
*This class is offered to pregnant women in any trimester (please consult your OB/GYN first).
*No prior yoga experience is required.

Tammy Nakamura
Tammy was first introduced to yoga in her early 20s and quickly fell in love with its effects on her body and mind. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Sonic Yoga in New York and later became certified to teach prenatal yoga through the Prenatal Yoga Center (NY). She is grateful for her asana practice and daily meditation, which help keep her grounded while balancing her career in finance and raising two teenage children.
